      - Employee benefits cut year by year [ bonus cut maybe no bonus , yearly increment no more , company trip cut ] meanwhile workload increased. - Company structure and management keep changing. - The 'C' level never go down and understand what lower level needs. Request no listened. Conclusion : Poor Management

      Remote working. Only coming in when needed. Transparent profits leading to bonuses and increments. Pretty good benefits overall too.
