Avantages
1. Good culture among employees. 2. Great exposure to many types of technologies. 3. Fun social events that are well planned and organized.
Inconvénients
1. "Trial by fire" approach to development (some may not like that). 2. You are expected to be flexible when it comes to your tech stack and willing to pick up anything. A bit more difficult if you want to dive deep into a specific stack (but such is often the case in consulting).
