      Avantages

      My fellow employees became my friends (learnt a lot from each other, looked out for each other) Learnt a lot of technologies in a short span of time Had good mentors There was a drink bar for sundowners on Fridays There were learning opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Drinking wasn't moderated properly Management was awful - HR was badly organized, managers were a negative influence on morale and behaviour Getting a salary review or promotion was difficult and tiring The interview process is questionable - in a few cases certain people were hired with false accreditation or extremely poor social skills

      Hybrid work environment, excellent mentorship program, flexible working hours, great social culture. Many different project opportunities that will push you to learn quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Interviewing for clients can be stressful but the team supports and coaches you through it
