Perspective commerciale
Avantages
There are tons of great things about working at RCS. The dog friendly office, reasonably flexible schedules, competitive compensation, quality products, transparent processes, an open door policy, and exceptional support staff. Oh, and beer Fridays is a great touch. You hear a lot of places say "It's like family" but RCS really lives it.
Inconvénients
I really struggle to think of any. Obviously in a sales role you're expected to generate sales, if you can't perform you won't last long. Also I guess there's limited upward mobility.
