      Avantages

      Fun environment. Lots of do-gooders in the team, everyone is very motivated, and values-oriented. Very into transparency, treating staff with respect etc. Staff voices will always be listened to.

      Inconvénients

      Commitment to values can get a bit cult-like. If you're not into organised fun, this may not be the office environment for you. Everyone's so nice that sometimes telling people "no" is a bit frowned upon. e.g. The International Leadership team is so bloated (feels like half of International is in the leadership team, though I haven't done the maths), seemingly because everyone wanted to be included, and people were too nice to say no.

      Avantages

      Everyone worked together really well in the office. If you needed help or advice on something, there were always multiple people to help. The people in the office all believe in the company's cause, and the atmosphere is very positive.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is low, but it is on par with other ngo salries.

      Avantages

      It's a great organisation with a strong mission that is achieving a lot all over the world. They give good opportunities for professional development.

      Inconvénients

      It's very hard to maintain a positive work-life balance. While there are opportunities for advancement, there seems to be a lot of crony-ism in management.
