Once you leave you are treated like an unknown and not needed person. Even if the management know that you are the one made for the role they will not take you back.
Never tries to retain or re-employ people.
I had trusted this company with heart and soul but the management n the awesome HR team is just wao. No words to describe them. I was job less for a while and reached but no positive response from the company. Still I love my team n those who are still in touch.
You can join but just remember you are no one if you leave they dnt even consider you and ignore you every time you need a job again.
