      Compensation policy. In general it is ok, but a greater difference between excellent and poor performance could be motivated

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
