      If you are in the right group they give you much freedom to try new things either with the stuff you have or let you get new stuff

      Inconvénients

      mostly it does not matter if you come up with something new you will do what management wants when they want

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
