Avantages

My hiring and onboarding experience with RepStack was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The communication was clear throughout the process, and the team made sure I understood the next steps properly. Everyone I interacted with was supportive, responsive, and welcoming, which made the transition easier and more comfortable. The orientation process also helped me understand the company culture, expectations, and role responsibilities clearly.

Inconvénients

So far, I do not have any major concerns. As a new joiner, I think more detailed written resources or FAQs for new employees could make the onboarding process even better.

Centralized access to essential training resources is needed.
