Friendly atmosphere, real "team" attitude, great upward potential for employees. This job has given me the opportunity to advance my position and has taught me so much about the field of property management. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is very self-motivated to learn and appreciates working closely with a small team of dedicated individuals.

Fast-paced - you really have to keep your head down and focus! Also, management sometimes does not readily weed out the people who are not fully on board with the company goals.

General office atmosphere is very unwelcome. I have witnessed incidences of discrimination, i.e., age, seniority issues, gender, etc. No balance of workloads and no team spirit, just to mention a few items.
