      Payment in time, stability, group policies that limit and prevent the effects of poor management

      Inconvénients

      No hr guidance in small countries, no private insurance program,a bonus system only for drivers, sales and technicians, minimum corporate benefits, very few corporate events,minimal meetings, no team bonding activities, no personal or professional development and career advancement opportunities, poor organization and a performance for last minute decisions.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Inconvénients

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
