      Upper management has over time lost sight of the fact that retaining and supporting their best people is the only way company profits are ensured .

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Inconvénients

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
