      Lack of proper training may be depending on department. It is extremely Micromanaging for my department.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Inconvénients

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
