The Terminix merger is a catastrophe built on lies, smoke and mirrors. It started with the old CEO who came from Monro who then fled but no before hiring his buddy who was promoted to COO after a year. this guy proceeded to then hire his buddy for VP over the Atlantic Market who in turn hired 4 Regional Managers. All from Monro. Now they have hired another Monro person out west. Did anyone look at Monro's stock right before these guys became in charge in 2023 and what happened since?Spoiler it tanked, and these are people they brought in to lead the migration? We are no further into migration then when we started and all Monro pest wants is sales to try and outsell the budgets. The only other way they know to make positive numbers are to enfore the branches to move up work from the next month into in the current month. This shell game forces customers to be billed a month early and get their services a month earlier than their contract, in some cases getting an extra service and bill in a year. This is all so the Monro team can look like they are making positive changes instead of just moving money around. Its been going on for years and its only so they can reported inflated numbers in hipes the sales team outsells the budgets that are out of whack. Finally, the have a fixation on mimicking the big O company because they cannot think of a way to integrate or a path forward. They fail to realize that Terminix was more successful than anyone in the US and Rentokil was the worldwide leader. Instead of actually integrating policies form those two companies and their leaders they choose to mimic a smaller company because they have no idea what to do. So imitate someone whose stock is better vs create a path forward. Migration is held up because no one wants to report how bad the "true" numbers are to the shareholders. The internal teams over both companies are the heartbeat of the company and would be able to make the necessary changes for integration, with a true focus on making the US successful again. the current regime is too focused on using Rentokil to save the sinking ship that is Monro.
