      - No micromanagement - freedom for how to complete your tasks - big clients at the time

      Inconvénients

      - unstable - Old technology - too much freedom for how to complete tasks (no standards for quality, disgusting mess of old code) - horribly dishonest business model (their goal is to quickly lock in a client to their platform and then do the bare minimum maintenance and support to keep themselves from getting taken to court) - no knowledgeable senior devs - very low salary
