      Avantages

      My coworkers (direct managers not included) were wonderful. There was a sense of camaraderie there that I really enjoyed.

      Inconvénients

      This isn't necessarily a bad company to work for, but the management was terrible. There are a lot of good ideas that were thought of being put into practice, but execution was very lacking. Communication from management down was very sparse as well. Benefits were also expensive for single adults.

      Long hours, weekends → poor work-life balance High stress from sales & collection pressure Inconsistent or micromanaging management Pay often feels low for workload Physically demanding (deliveries, field work) Limited growth; high turnover
