Decent pay and employee discounts

Inconvénients

Long hours and they insist that they are believe in a "family/work lifestyle" but that is far from the truth. it is a 44 hr work week and heaven forbid you go over those 44 hrs. You can get promoted fast enough but a new title does not mean new duties it means more duties on top of your current ones and you can not fall behind on them at all. If you have a life changing event don't count on being able to do them. If you have kids then you will not see them due to the demand of long hrs and never having a weekend off.

Long hours, weekends → poor work-life balance High stress from sales & collection pressure Inconsistent or micromanaging management Pay often feels low for workload Physically demanding (deliveries, field work) Limited growth; high turnover
