      Avantages

      They have great chance for growth in some places within the company, insurance is as good as expected, have a great employee purchase program

      Inconvénients

      I think they ask to much of the the employee's. Do to the down economy people aren't renting as much and you can force them to get something they can't afford.

      Long hours, weekends → poor work-life balance High stress from sales & collection pressure Inconsistent or micromanaging management Pay often feels low for workload Physically demanding (deliveries, field work) Limited growth; high turnover
