      No work-life balance. I was a glorified babysitter. I received zero training for my role. I was expected to figure it out.

      Avantages

      - Positive, fun and friendly environment. Everyone I work with feels like a large family. - No micromanagement. No metrics to "prove" how good of a recruiter I am. - Opportunities for growth - Executive leadership is genuinely passionate about the residents and this line of work. Family-owned and operated and it makes all the difference!
