Best place for fresh graduate and under-5-year engineers: - Good training program for new engineers. - Professional working flow. - Salary is always delivered on-time. - Overtime is paid by money.
Inconvénients
Many of useless procedures, which cost much time. Unclear performance evaluation. Not much development opportunities since important tasks are by Japanese --> no chance for deep knowledge.
