Avantages
There are some good reasons to work for RVC 1. Give opportunity for freshers to build background on VLSI field 2. Provide some training courses about technical and soft skill 3. Top managers really care about good engineers 4. Open change for management positions
Inconvénients
1. There are many competitors that affect payment strategy of company (just can keep some good engineers) . This is hard for improvement of project 2. Some trainers are not good at convey information. Technical courses are difficult to understand (deep knowledge in VLSL field) which are not practical 3. Some line managers are not good at emotional intelligence 4. There is a big gap in salary between technical path and management path. But with the current situation of company, they are lacking talent engineers.
