The Mission Statement is a COMPLETE JOKE, NO ONE CARES about it, It all comes down to Hitting Goal and Dollars brought it. Double standards for similar roles CEO, RVP, Profit Share Holders are so far placed from actual sales, that they have no idea what is actually happening in the company. Company grew too fast for their own good, and does Not Value their Employees. For a Software company you would Expect our computers and Software to Not Crash weekly. Have out-priced themselves in the market.
