3yThis is disappointing feedback to hear, as it does not reflect the culture we strive for at Reltio.
We pride ourselves in fostering a culture of transparency, and we are guided by the tenets of our “Reltio Credo” – one of which is “Be Candid, Caring, and Accountable.” We have and will continue to encourage all of our employees to step forward and share any concerns about the company directly with their manager, leadership, or HR.
As a company, we have a responsibility to balance our commitment across all of our stakeholders – customers, partners, employees, and shareholders. Current market headwinds and a changing external landscape require us to make adjustments in the organization that align our business with the evolving needs of our customers and market opportunities, and set the company up for future success.
