      Avantages

      - Great pockets of people within PEX and outside - Free fruits for staff

      Inconvénients

      - Managers frequently micromanaged tasks, which affected productivity and morale. There were also many instances when managers seemed unsure about handling projects, leading to delays and confusion. - The pay was lower than expected given the workload and responsibilities. - Ask to come in 2-3 days a week but never enough desk

      Immediate Leadership (whom were fired with no cause) and Co-Workers (who were outsourced or reorganized)

      Inconvénients

      This is the most toxic workplace I’ve worked for in my career. Senior Leadership does not care about team members and has stated that in private conversations. There are two cultures in Reece - one in the field and other at Regional Support Center (RSC). The RSC consistently is cutting costs (outsource, on-shore) or plainly eliminate with additional work spread to remaining team members. The CFO has little to no care about any employees and has been there for a long time. Leadership around her has cycled in 2-3 years consistently in her 20+ tenure (Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller/Controller). Whole accounting team and almost all of FP&A has left/replaced when I was there (less than 2 years). This is a high turnover workplace if you are looking for a place to work long-term, STAY AWAY!!!
