      Fun, casual environment Access to good product Sports minded business Freedom to work independently on projects, tasks, etc.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of accountability Poor inter-departmental communication Retro-active Management / Executive level thinking causing many missed opportunities Inadequate evaluation process, not recognized and/or rewarded for good performance Very poor non-competitive salaries, especially salary increases when promoted from within Non-existant regular salary increase opportunities past standard very low percentage

      Avantages

      Strong team members, good discount on product. Good work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Business model is very political, hard to drive change. Location, it’s expensive and inconvenient to get to work. Salary transparency is lacking and a promotions/merit is hard to come by - org doesn’t feel rewarded or valued. HR team is small and inattentive.
