      Avantages

      I enjoyed working at Redapt because I had the opportunity to work on various projects with top companies. The challenges each project brought helped me develop my skills and problem-solving abilities. The customer interactions were significant, even when faced with obstacles. It was a rewarding and fulfilling experience overall.

      Avantages

      The manager is remote and basically only cares if you check in every morning and night. That's all they were good for.

      Inconvénients

      The manager will offload your coworkers holidays and days off requests to you. They will ask you to take servers off site to a local FedEx if they don't ship it in time. They will pay new hires with 5 year gaps in their experience more than you.
