Avantages
Great location, work with really nice people, intellectual and courteous employees , Halloween Party, can be fun at times. It is the hands on employees that make the company enjoyable to work there.
Inconvénients
Upper Management does not care about the employees; they only care about their bonuses at the end of the day. This should be the last thing they should be worrying about, they should take better care of their employees and worry about building a product, whatever that is. If they don't have employees, a product to sell then they won't get their bonuses at all. Poorly run HR department, upper HR management are not qualified to be in their positions, they got there by process of elimination.
