Avantages
Everyone gets their own office. The lower-level, NON-management employees are good people to get to know and stay connected with. The creatives are amazing and deserve to work on something worth their while.
Inconvénients
It’s a giant joke so please keep looking because something better is around the corner. This place has nothing to offer a young up and coming professional entering the ad agency world. You want to make a name of yourself in this world, go work for an agency that does work for leading brands that people recognize. They have nothing to teach you at RI. There is no employee recognition or nurturing, so do NOT be fooled by the posts of which I’m sure were written by management. Nor is there an HR, so leadership gets away with anything like verbally abusing employees, making inappropriate comments that are extremely degrading, and taking lunches that last from noon until 7pm. Do you guys really think people don’t notice? They’re a bunch of clowns with questionable ethics and morals that have no business sense. It’s a shame that a company can get away with mistreating employees the way they do. Please save yourself from the mistreatment and embarrassment of working for this place. Run away. Run far, far away. I’m serious.
