      Avantages

      The mission of the organization, and the impact it has on a number of charities is very important. Work life balance is good.

      Inconvénients

      Basically everything else. The management is incompetent, employee moral is horrific, and the support for employees is abysmal. I wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy.
