      -Gives an intro to the general practices of M&A -Remote work, which gives great work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      -A shop that practically feels is run from a garage -Employee churn from top to bottom -Do not accel in any matter within the capacity the firm operates in...there's always an excuse as to why things didn't work out -Declining clientele base -Constant operational/workflow changes -Pay compared to industry standard is abysmal -Simply not a place to build a career
