Office environment needs an update but this has already started

Complete autonomy to do my job Supportive management Ambitious without being toxic Great work/life balance On a journey of growth which is an exciting environment to work in Very caring culture - everyone looks after each other, everyone is so friendly.

Lack of investment to match ambitious growth plans but always open to being challenged on this. Office is a little dated but it doesn't bother me too much as I would prefer a nice culture which I find Rayware has Could have more benefits but things are changing as the business is investing in this area.
