      - Ambitious and talented team, strong internal alignment on goals and objectives, open communication from leadership - Incredible product that delivers value to customers, is simple to use. - Lots of opportunity to build & grow. - Very connected & engaged team considering we are a fully remote company!

      Inconvénients

      We are moving quickly and growing fast! It can be challenging at times to balance the tactical and strategic priorities, but that is the case at most start ups this stage. Great learning experience and super team that leans in to help make it all possible!

      Avantages

      A very positive culture with LOTS of teamwork. Everyone is trying their best to push this product up a steep hill and you are well supported by leadership.

      Inconvénients

      The product itself is a definite "nice to have" and the current climate in the tech industry is very strict. "Nice to have" products are very hard to justify and Rattle is consistently figuring this out. The story of Rattle is constantly changing and it doesn't seem leadership can agree on a direction, which is definitely impacting sales performance.
