      A lot of the co-workers are good people to work with Decent pay compared to similar jobs in the area

      Inconvénients

      Management does not know how to run the company Constantly running out of supplies that you need Will lay off a bunch of people and then bring in temps for cheaper the following week.

      Avantages

      All of the employees on second shift are helpful to new employees and are willing to answer any questions you might have.

      Inconvénients

      I've only been there for 4 weeks and am working through a temporary agency, the only problem I have right now is not knowing if I'll get hired in anytime soon.

      Avantages

      Market leader in many sectors and very profitable. Great employees and leaders. The GM, HR & sales team are all great at what they do and share the same customer focused, success driven attitudes.

      Inconvénients

      Owned by a parent company who manufactures a completely different product in different markets and their vision and goals don't always line up with the plants success.
