      Inconvénients

      After you get rewarded financially for making goals, they will fire you for being too expensive and hire kids right out of college to replace you making half what you were making.

      Avantages

      It's not easy work. It's a grind daily, but they value hard work, and you can see it in those who have stayed awhile. 10/10 if you're looking for a stable job to care for your family while you're home every night. I'd recommend this place.

      Inconvénients

      It's hard work, and construction can't offer guaranteed hours in the winter.
