      Avantages

      Good leader. Good idea. But no direction.

      Inconvénients

      People are hired just cos of their brands. And random work is assigned to random people. Just being form big company in past, doesnt make you smart developer. There is a strong sense of superiority complex between everyone in the company. This ego ecentric behavior turns off other real working people.

      Avantages

      I feel really fortunate to work with such a smart, talented, and awesome group of people. We work hard, but we also know how to have a lot of fun as well. The company really cares about its employees and provides great benefits and perks.

      Inconvénients

      I can't really think of any.

      Avantages

      - Some employees really want to make a difference. - The idea of a community as a service in the gaming industry is a novel one.

      Inconvénients

      - No clear vision - nearly every sprint changed the UI. - Lack of cultivation with the community - it had a large user base, but the executive team was more interested in a large install base instead of fostering engagement with the current one
