      Avantages

      Competitive salary. HR generally cares and helpful. Open to feedback. Managers care about your development. No work on weekends.

      Inconvénients

      Office politics. Basic benefits. Too much work, a lot burnt out. Often need to stay beyond 6pm. Not enough manpower. High turnover, most people work for a year and leave, or some less than a year.

      Avantages

      the technology and products are genuinely interesting, and the environment can feel energetic when projects are moving forward. coworkers are generally approachable and collaborative.

      Inconvénients

      priorities change frequently and communication from leadership is not always clear. the workload grows quickly during product pushes while the pay feels modest for the expectations. downtime is limited during busy periods which makes the pace tiring.
