      Tech people are cool in the sense they're trying to use the latest and greatest in the tech world

      Inconvénients

      - no worklife - no standarised procedures - changes in priorities happen every single day! - engineers get to pay for the bad planning these so called leaders do - low salary - long hours

      High degree of ownership, be accountable of the work that you produce and make things happen.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure environment. Rapid changes and need to be highly adaptable to different circumstances.
