      Real time flexibility, work from anywhere, pay according to the rest of the labor market in the start up industry, pleasant environment.

      Inconvénients

      Disorderly, high turnover, business immaturity, little ability to recognize and prioritize problems, no clear methodology, it is a huge lake of independent people with no direction or sense of direction.
