The vision and mission are strong at Rant & Rave; the leadership work to disseminate the focus and I feel like as a Raver that I know where we are going and how I can contribute to this. The business has worked hard to simplify and scale over the last year or so and we are really starting to feel the benefit. The leadership team is down to earth and approachable and the overall culture of the company is great! There is a strong focus on living the company values, sharing and solving of issues at every level of the company which contributes to a level of transparency unseen in other companies I have worked for. Of course there a problems to fix, as with all companies, however Rant & Rave do not hide these away and fail to confront them - the general feeling is everyone to roll their selves up, muck in together ans solve issues head on. Keep on Raving! - a bright future ahead

As with the other reviews, the tetris-like car park can be a challenge but this is liveable and would rather the company continue to invest in its product and people rather than more spaces.

Its People, its Culture, Its Transparency, Its Togetherness! Rant & Rave have all the normal benefits! Good Holiday Allowance, Income Protection, Death in Service, and some nice extras like, Free Fruit,Friday Afternoon Beers, Annual Company Trip and Great Parties! Rant & Rave is more than all that though! It allows you to stretch your capabilities, your knowledge and to never have to stop evolving and learning! Where else can you work where you are encouraged to be disruptive, encouraged to challenge the leadership team, invited to ask probing questions about strategy and company goals! To be always kept in the loop as to what is going on, when its going on and why! Rant & Rave are not prepared to stand still, or be happy with doing ok! They have vision for greater things and they will succeed!! So I am buckling up and staying (Hopefully) to be part of the ride to even greater success!

If you love Tetris then this is not a con for you as that is what our car park can be like at times!!
