      Avantages

      I been working here for about a month now and the people are generally very helpful and kind. My team members are all top notch and it's always a welcome day at work. The company culture is excellent it's very much geared to keeping everybody happy and very productive as well. The workflow is consistent but not overbearing. It's a medical device company so we have guidelines that need to be followed which was expected. Overall I am very happy joining Rani and it turned out better than expected.

      Avantages

      Flexible work environment, supportive colleagues, met some amazing and smart folks. It was exciting to be part of something that could have changed the biologic medication space.

      Inconvénients

      Disorganization, continuously changing project directions, losing money like crazy, multiple waves of layoffs with no notice and even less support. They prioritized buying a new building when they were already facing finance issues and then made up for that with RIF.
