      Avantages

      If you get the right team, you have the opportunity to succeed. Easy to feel the camaraderie because no one enjoys what they do.

      Inconvénients

      -Majority of teams are poorly managed. -Can't say they actually care about you as a person. More of just a cog in the machine. -If you're not in the clique, you're not safe. -Always scrounging for new business opportunities even though the ones they have are mismanaged. -Overall toxic environment that stifles creative spirits and prevents people from wanting to give 110%.

      Avantages

      Really enjoy working within my team. Lots of challenges to solve but great work life balance and genuine people.

      Inconvénients

      There is no cross coordination between business units resulting in constant internal failures Sales has unfortunately earned a negative reputation. They do not work well with others. Would like to see employees show more respect for their colleagues and how every business unit works together to meet our goals.
