      Avantages

      One of the best companies I've worked for. Employees like coming to work and there is respect and integrity at all levels. It's an exciting industry to be in and there's high energy and creativity in many of the departments. Senior management is easy to talk with and they genuinely care about their employees. New management team has brought many positive changes.

      Inconvénients

      Randa is growing their IT solutions and should continue.

      Avantages

      Really enjoy working within my team. Lots of challenges to solve but great work life balance and genuine people.

      Inconvénients

      There is no cross coordination between business units resulting in constant internal failures Sales has unfortunately earned a negative reputation. They do not work well with others. Would like to see employees show more respect for their colleagues and how every business unit works together to meet our goals.
