If you are looking to build a strong foundation in business development or sales this is a great place to start. The work environment is incredibly positive and encouraging. The senior team members are highly supportive, approachable, and always willing to step in and guide you as you learn the ropes of the role. You are given the space to grow without feeling micromanaged. It is also highly motivating to pitch a product that actually matters. Promoting their educational initiatives, like the Robotics and AI summer camps, makes the daily outreach process genuinely rewarding because you are offering something of real value to students at an early age.

The only minor challenge is that the fast-paced outreach cycles can feel a bit demanding during peak enrollment periods. However, navigating that volume teaches you excellent communication and time-management skills very quickly.

Great work environment with a supportive and employee-focused culture. The management is understanding and provides flexibility during stressful periods. No cons to be mentioned as such, great experience that I have had. Managers have genuine care for the employee. It's like being part of a family more than an employee.
