I have found Ramy Brook to be a very exciting, energetic, and friendly place that really values your skillsets AND autonomy as a human being. Something that is so refreshing and rare in NYC fashion industry. This is a place where you can really grow in your position, and interact with all different parts of the company. No one is unaccessible or indifferent to your needs/ideas, which makes for endless amounts of opportunity and creativity. I strongly disagree with previous reviews saying having work experience here hurts your chances at other competitive brands. While here at Ramy Brook, I have been recruited by numerous women's luxury brands to interview for similar positions. I know experiences can vary per person, but have found it hard to see any validity in the slightly vindictive reviews left here. I am extremely happy with my salary, work/life balance, coworkers, and overall time spent at Ramy Brook.
Inconvénients
The location in Midtown isn't very scenic, but the Ramy Brook offices itself makes up for it.
