      Management is awful. Though the owners is super nice. Its undone by management that talks to you like Garbage. And the pay is very low.

      Avantages

      They are very employee-friendly, making them a great company to work for. They are continually improving their proficiency.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is not competitive with industry standards. Raises are typically granted at the end of the year, and having a school degree doesn't significantly increase your salary.
