Inconvénients
Focus on "utilization," (billable hours) even if it means completing mind-numbing tasks. People who engage in less valuable work but are more highly "utilized" because of the nature of the projects will advance. Talented or capable individuals who bring value-oriented services are often left worrying about utilization.
