Avantages
Hours are good, leadership is good, overall business model is good,family friendly atmosphere. Really great place to work if you are looking for a stable place for employment. If you are tired of big organizations that you are nameless face in this is the place to be. They treat you more than fair and in general rule on the side of the employee. If you find any complaints about this place in these areas I mentioned you'll never be happy anywhere. Benefits are pretty darn good for a small company.
Inconvénients
Pay and upward mobility. Pay is low for majority of the employees and if you are paid on the high side you are at the market value for that position. You can move around the company but it comes at a cost to your pay. Practically no where to move up if you have those aspirations.
