      Avantages

      - Passionate and hard working team. - Everyone truly cares for one another and is always willing to help. - Solid core values that people actually stick to. - Fun and dynamic work environment. - Lots of opportunities to grow and try out new areas. - Product is actually making the world a better place. - Tribal leadership stage 4/5 ... Overall, I've never been as motivated to come into an office and work. The hardest part of this job is actually trying to turn it off.

      Inconvénients

      - Extremely fast paced environment with new challenges everyday. Definitely not your typical 9-5 job, so if you're looking for a place where you can turn on the cruise control, this is probably not it.

      Avantages

      The team is amazing and everyone gets along really well. The team is humble, driven, loves to have fun, and gets sh@# done. The team believes in the mission of the company and has fun while achieving that mission.

      Inconvénients

      It's a start up so you have to go with the flow and adapt to ever changing conditions. It's not a con but the reality of a startup.

      Inconvénients

      None - unless you're a person who doesn't believe in the mission, then this isn't a job for you. Passion requires being willing to work long hours (even if you often don't have too), being ready and okay with change, owning responsibilities you may never have before, and being willing to self-reflect with your team.
