      The cashback rewards are huge and tempting to go for it especially Dining which is a plus

      Inconvénients

      Huge Cons! We will be bombarded with claims from clients about their missing rewards and we are having our hands tied behind our backs to further support them

      Avantages

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Inconvénients

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
