Avantages
the only pros are that the people are nice.
Inconvénients
1. HR : They have a problem with placing individuals in departments. Also, they are slow in management, which looks extremely sad. Obviously, they do not know what they are doing wrong and help is necessary 2. Salary: It merely goes up, and at first it is rather high compared to other companies. However, you realize in 3-5 years you've all aligned in the same level, and you will never get promoted. 3. Language: They emphasize english so much, but it is currently not working. Less than half the people could comprehend it, and the rest need to be explained to in Japanese. What is the point? If they want to seriously promote english, they need to act fast, or not even try at all because it is not effective.
